Fees below are indicative for single-site clinics in the Perth metro area. Regional travel, multi-site groups, and urgent timelines are quoted after a brief fit call. All amounts are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated.

What affects your quote
- Room count and specialties — mixed GP and allied health need longer observation windows
- Travel — beyond 50 km from Perth CBD, day rates and mileage apply
- Data readiness — missing rosters or appointment exports may add a preparation fee
- Timeline — reviews requested within five business days incur a scheduling premium
Payment terms
Project fees are invoiced with a deposit before the site visit and the balance on report delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer; card payment is available on request for deposits under $3,000.
No surprise scope creep
Any work outside the agreed scope requires written approval with an updated fee before we proceed. Hourly overage for agreed extras is $220/hour during business hours.
