1. Acceptance

By accessing panel-camelliapath.click or engaging Camellia Path Consulting Pty Ltd (“Camellia Path”, “we”, “us”) for consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Camellia Path provides clinic and practice management consulting including operational reviews, reception flow analysis, roster planning, and compliance readiness preparation. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a written proposal or engagement letter signed before work begins.

3. No clinical, legal, or financial advice

Our reports address operational processes and documentation organisation. They do not constitute medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for clinical decisions, billing compliance, and employment matters.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to staff and documents, and timely feedback. Delays in providing materials may shift delivery dates without reducing fees unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Materials we create specifically for your engagement (reports, customised scripts) are licensed to you for internal use upon full payment. Our methodologies, templates, and website content remain our property. You may not resell or publish our materials without written consent.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client operational data as confidential. Individual staff interview notes are summarised without attributing sensitive personal remarks unless required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost revenue or accreditation outcomes.

8. Website use

You may not attempt unauthorised access to this site, scrape content for commercial reuse, or submit unlawful material through contact forms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
